In the event that it is not possible to access the Superbonus, it is still possible to take advantage of the Ecobonus, which offers tax deductions of up to 65% on the costs for the replacement of fixtures, with a maximum deduction ceiling that varies depending on the specific circumstances of the intervention.

Requirements for the Ecobonus

For condominium interventions, the Ecobonus can be requested in different contexts, such as global redevelopment of the building or interventions involving at least 25% of the gross dispersing surface of the building. Again, it is essential to ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation in order to benefit from the facilitation.

In the case of single-family buildings and apartments, the Ecobonus offers deductions of up to 65% or 50%, depending on the characteristics of the intervention. Alternatively, it is possible to opt for the renovation bonus, which offers a 50% discount on expenses, with a maximum deduction limit of 48,000 euros.

Future of Tax Deductions

It is important to note that, starting in 2025, tax deductions for the replacement of windows and doors will be reduced.
