The condominium under analysis, built in the early 70s, is located in Torre Boldone (BG) in Via G. Donizetti 22. The building consists of a ground floor used as a garage, 4 floors for use residential and an inhabited attic for a total of 30 residential units divided into two rooms staircase with elevators. The housing units have independent heating systems and DHW with an emission system characterized by radiators.

The building is characterized by a reinforced concrete frame structure and casing infill masonry empty in double brick planks. The windows found on site have a wooden frame with single glass, windows and French windows have a regular cadence dictated by the architectural design of the building.
