Description of the state of affairs

The condominium under analysis is located in Via Monte Grappa n.7 Pregnana Milanese (MI) The building is composed by 4 floors above ground, for residential use with 8 residential units and a ground floor with pilotis access to the stairwell.

The need for heating and domestic hot water is met by autonomous systems with wall-hung boilers powered by methane. The emission system is wall-mounted radiators.

The building envelope, that encloses the thermal areas subject to intervention, is composed by the floor of the first floor towards the ground floor with pilotis, the roof slab of the housing units on the top floor towards the attic and the perimeter walls characterized by an empty box masonry in double brick plank with external plaster.

The existing windows, where they have not been the subject of recent replacement, have a PVC, wooden or aluminum frame with double glass.
